One day Faculty Development Programme

*Dronacharya PG College of Education, Rait, One day Faculty Development Programme was organised by Research & Extension cell with the collaboration of IQAC. The theme of the programme “ANVESHAN”. The session was started with meditation by Executive Director Dr. B.S pathania. After that Asst. Prof. Anish Korla, begins it with the objectives of the programme. The chief guest of the event were Managing Director Mr. G.S Pathania and Executive director Dr. B.S Pathania. The resource person of this event were Dr. P.K Sharma ( Principal) and Asst. Prof. Sumit Sharma HOD Education. Programme commenced with lighting of lamp ceremony to goddess Saraswati and Bauquet was given to the chief guest. The faculty members presented their topics Asst. Prof. Shalini Sharma shared her views on Stress managing strategies ( Emotional quotient manage stress), Asst. Prof. Anjna presented her views on Relation building skills , Asst. Prof. Bhawna Sharma shared her views on Innovative uses of teaching methods in 21st Century, Asst. Prof. Anuradha expressed her views on Use of technology in teaching, Asst. Prof. Shashi Kumar. Presented his views on Preparation of Questionnaire & Checklist , Asst. Prof. Shilpa Sethi expressed her views on the Importance of developing Spirituality quotient to manage stress , Asst. Prof. Shivani shared her views on Professional Ethics for teachers. After lunch Asst. Prof. Parul Sharma expressed her views on Use of technology in learning, Asst. Prof. Poonam Manhas shared her views on Innovative uses of teaching skills in 21st Century, Asst. Prof. Shikha koundal shared her views on Standardization of Research tool , Asst. Prof. Indu Sharma expressed her views on Prepration of Questionnaire and At last Asst. Prof. Abhishek Sharma shared his views on Prepration of Questionnaire and checklist. The observers of the FDP were Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma, Principal and Asst. Prof. Sumit Sharma HOD Education, who gave his valuable comments and suggestions to all the faculty members. At the end Principal Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma suggests the ways by which we can all work and contribute as a team member for the growth and development of the institution. He congratulated & Appreciated all the faculty members to make the event successful in a positive way. At the end Dr. Ashwani Kumar HOD M.Ed, proposed a vote of thanks to chief guest and Principal sir , Resource person & Research and Extension cell, IQAC cell and all the Faculty members.*
