About club

The Rotaract club Dronacharya(club no-83469) of distt-3070 is situated at Shahpur in a small town of district kangra, (H.P). The Rotaract club, Dronacharya has completed four years of its journey and is still at a nascent stage. The club compromises 54 members who are enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated to the welfare of the rural community. The club has done a record breaking commendable work and has undertaken various charitable activities for the welfare of the rural strata. The rural setting provides ample scope for the club to implement the community service project for the welfare of the rural society. The club has many financial limitations but dedications and zeal of members of the club to serve the mankind has paved the way for the following activities in the current Rotaract year.

• To develop professional and leadership skills.
• To emphasize respect for the right of others, and to promote ethical standards and the dignity off all useful occupation.
• To provide opportunity for young people to address the needs and concerns of the community and our world.
• To provide opportunity for working in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary clubs.
• To motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
