Road safety and Head Injury Awareness talk was organised by Dronacharya Road & Safety Club in the college. Dr. Parveen Thakur, Consultant Neurosurgeon, MCh. Neurosurgery, SMS Medical College , Jaipur (Shree Balaji Hospital , Kangra) was the resource person. Dr. Parveen Thakur focussed on causes of Road accidents and road safety measures. He also explained kinds of head Injuries,risk factors , initial management to prevent the loss . Chairperson Mr. G.S Pathania ( Managing Director) , Executive Director, Dr. B.S Pathania, Principal , Dr.Parveen Sharma, Faculty members and students attended the event. Dr. Parveen Thakur clarified the doubts of the students related to road safety and head Injuries.Dr.Parveen Sharma, Principal exhorted students to save the precious lives by acting proactively in case of road accident.
