PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA, 2023

A session on ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ was organized on 1st July, 2023 for B.Ed. 4th Semester students by Guidance and Counselling Cell and powered by Internal Quality Assurance Cell. The session was initiated by B.Ed. 2nd Sem. Students Payal and Tanuja. They shared the objectives of the session to the students. Programme Coordinator Asst. Prof. Sachin Pagrotra shared the results of top 7 positions of Unit Test of B.Ed. 4th Sem and congratulated to all the students. Executive Director Dr. B.S.Pathania, was chief resource person for the session. Dr. Ashwani Kumar, HOD M.Ed. welcomed chief resource person, resource persons, teachers and all the students. Executive Director, Dr. B.S.Pathania directed the students to take hydrated water, proper nutrition, yoga and meditation, avoid distractions, organize everything in systematic way, exercise properly and sleep healthy. Principal Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma guided the students to take a walk daily, light exercises, healthy diet, focus on regular study, lemon water and read Bhagwad Gita to reduce permanent stress. Asst. Prof. Sumit Sharma suggested the students to study with planning, proper time management, learn with practice, write more and more, consult the notes and focus on content to reduce fear. A panel discussion was done in which students asked their questions related how to increase study hours, how to motivate ourselves, difference between hard work and smart work, strategies for managing stress and anxiety. After that, queries of students related to better exam performance were resolved by worthy dignitaries. The panellist suggested that read while walking, read with music, deep breathing, self-motivated, connect with right people and always honest to do their duties. Later, SCA President Neeraj, B.Ed. 2nd Sem. proposed a vote of thanks to the chief resource person Executive Director Dr. B.S.Pathania, Principal Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma, Resource Persons Asst. Prof. Sumit Sharma, Programme Coordinator Asst. Prof. Sachin Pagrotra, Guidance and Counselling Cell, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, faculty members and all the participants for making this event a successful one.
