A Guest lecture on the subject of “Effective Speed Reading” was organised for BBA & B.Com students at Dronacharya Postgraduate Education College Rait. This guest lecture was intended to educate students on efficient speed reading. Asst. Prof. Indu Sharma (Resource Speaker), talk that mastering the art of speed reading is a skill that anyone can acquire and apply to better their lives. She described them to the pupils, as well as skimming and scanning strategies to lessen sub-vocalization, prevent regression, employ visual pacers, and chunks. She said that, as a result, speak at least while reading, finish the phrase by focusing exclusively on the words, and remember that this method can be taught gradually. Mr. Mukesh Sharma, the department’s HOD expressed gratitude to the resource speaker. On this occasion, Head of the Department Mukesh Sharma, Sr. Asstt.
