Talent Hunt Event organized on 1st Jan, 2024 by Dronacharya College.
TALENT HUNT was organized on 1st January, 2024 at Dronacharaya PG College of Education, Rait by Sanskriti Club. The theme of the event was “Meri Pratibha, Meri Pehchaan“. The event initiated with lighting of the lamp ceremony and Saraswati Vandna. The chief guest of the event was Prof. Naresh Sharma, Head of Department of English, Govt. PG College Dharamshala. Asst. Prof. Anish Korla welcomed the chief guest, management, staff and all the students. Earlier during the day, the Language Club was constituted on the theme” त्रिस्वरिका” (English, Hindi and Sanskrit) under the guidance and mentorship of Prof. Naresh Sharma. Various activities like Chess, Declamation, Calligraphy, Drawing, Painting, Mehandi, Cricket, Volleyball, Carrom board, Cooking, Photography, Game Hacking, Flute playing, Dance, Singing, Shayari, Poetry, Bhajan, Comedy and Sanskrit speech etc. were organized and performed by the students during the event. The Chief guest Prof. Naresh Sharma addressed the students with his special motivating words and highlighted the importance of teacher in a student’s life. He motivated the students to ignite the spark in their heart to lead a successful and contended life. Dr. Naresh Sharma highlighted the importance of positive mindset and never giving up attitude. He emphasized upon the importance of reading good literature and aftermaths of social media. Executive Director Dr. B.S. Pathania congratulated the students for the wonderful organization of the event. Afterwards the chief guest was felicitated by Managing Director Sh. G.S. Pathania, Executive Director Dr. B.S. Pathania and Principal, Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma. Ms. Bandna, B.Ed. 2nd Year student proposed a vote of thanks to the Chief Guest Prof. Naresh Sharma, Managing Director Sh. G.S. Pathania, Executive director Dr. B.S. Pathania, Principal Dr. Parveen Kumar Sharma, worthy faculty members, participants and all the students. The programme was concluded with the National Anthem and group photograph.
