Dronacharya Parent Teacher Association was reconstituted for the session 2018-2019 in Dronacharya PG College of Education, Rait on 10 February, 2018.The parents of students of B.Ed., BBA and BCA course attended the reconstitution of the Dronacharya Parent Teacher Association .The president and new office bearers were elected in the meeting. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp ceremony followed by Saraswati Vandana. Dr.B.S Bagh , Principal welcomed the parents. The students of BBA first and second year presented a Bhangra. Sh. Ashwani Chaudhary was elected the President whereas Mrs. Rashi Sharma,Mr. Pawan Kumar were elected as Vice president.Mr.Nidhi Ram was elected joint secretary.Mr. Suresh Kumar was elected as treasurer .Mrs.Shrestha,Mrs.Sapna,,Mr.Yogesh,Mr. Vinod Kumar were elected as members .Mr.Seth ram was chosen as a chief advisor.Sh.Ashwani Kumar were elected the general secretary. The outgoing president,Sh. Sethram stated that PTA of the College is maintaining close relationship with the College and authorities to strengthen the higher education programmes initiated in this rural area. The secretary of the Dronacharya Parent Teachers Association apprised the parents about the significant achievements of the college and threw light on the utilization of PTA Fund. He asserted that the collected fund is utilised to improve the facilities and on the welfare of the students. He added that meritorious students in college exams and university top rank holders are felicitated with the cash awards during Colleges Annual Fest-NAVRANG . Students who excel in arts, sports and in other fields are also duly recognized by the PTA. Sh.B.S. Pathania proposed vote of thanks. A refreshment was arranged for the parents.The event was attended by the Managing director,Sh.G.S Pathania , Principal ,Dr.B.S. Bagh, faculty and parents.
